Alabama Allergy and Asthma Care is thrilled to announce the arrival of Dr. Valerie Le as the newest allergist and immunologist to the Madison and Huntsville areas.

Originally from Houston, Texas, Dr. Le completed her undergraduate degree with Cum Laude honors at Rice University. She received her medical education at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City, from which she graduated in the top of her class.

Dr. Le then completed her internal medicine residency and allergy/ immunology fellowship training at Washington University in St. Louis.

Her clinical interests include management of allergic rhinitis, allergic asthma, food allergies, atopic dermatitis, and general immunology. Her research expertise throughout her academic career focused specifically on alpha-gal syndrome and dust mite allergy, for which she has been featured in the news and has published multiple peer-reviewed articles.

Aside from her professional endeavors, Dr. Le also enjoys spending time with her husband and pups, cooking for her loved ones, and lifting weights.

Dr. Le is extremely excited to help provide any needed allergy care to your patients, both adult and pediatric. She looks forward to creating and maintaining strong relationships with you and your patients.
